Several weeks ago i was offered to read a book by one of my clients. Although normally it 's the therapist who offers the client a certain book to read ( however it's something i seldom do as i prefer the use of in session exercises ) i accepted my clients offer. Now that i am actually reading the book i notice that it is very interesting material. The title is "The Schopenhauer cure" by Irvin D. YALOM. Currently on page 137 and some 200 pages to go. Looking forward writing a blog summary soon.
